El Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que el poder que le sustituyó don Juan Rodríguez de Tejada, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla, de doña Juana de los Santos y Thormes, su mujer, para tomar cuentas, recibir y cobrar los pesos que se le deban por cualquier título y para todos los pleitos, causas, negocios civiles y criminales, otorgado el 21 de enero de 1719, cuyo poder lo vuelve a sustituir en don Tomás Martínez Navarro, residente en este pueblo, para que use del citado poder con las generalidades contenidas en el original.
