Doña Nicolasa Domínguez, viuda y albacea de don Juan Gómez de Estrada, quien fue Mayordomo de la Cofradía de la Ánimas en la parroquia de esta Villa de Xalapa, junto con don Miguel de Torquemada y don Francisco Javier López, este último como apoderado de don Pedro de Ortega, el cual es albacea y heredero de doña María Nicolasa Ortiz de Zárate, todos vecinos de la Villa de Xalapa y acreedores del difunto Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, otorgan poder especial a don Manuel Prieto y García, vecino de la Ciudad de México, para que en sus nombres comparezca ante el Juzgado General de Ultramarinos, a seguir y terminar la demanda y cobro de las cantidades que demandan de los inventarios a los bienes del difunto Cardeña.
