Petrona María Rodríguez, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, viuda de Tomás de Figueroa, otorga que vende a Manuel Perea, español y vecino de este pueblo, un pedazo de solar de 13 varas de frente, por donde linda con casas que eran de don José Robledano, por el norte con calle que va para la Tenería, por el oriente con casa de don Antonio Amason, por el poniente con solar de la vendedora, y por el sur, que es el fondo y por donde tiene 38 varas y media, linda con los herederos de Salvador y Faustino Vázquez. Lo vende por precio de 6 pesos cada vara de frente y 4 reales.
