Don Francisco de Herrasti, albacea testamentaria y heredero de don Liborio Clausell, otorga poder general a don Sebastián de Eguia, actual Cónsul del Real Tribunal de México, para que en su nombre y por el cargo que se le tiene conferido, demande y cobre judicialmente de los herederos, fiadores, abonadores y de quien más haya lugar las cantidades de dinero, oro, plata, joyas, y demás que se le debieren a través de vales, libranzas, conocimientos u otros instrumentos, de lo que perciba que entregue los recibos que le sean pedidos, en caso de requerirse juicio, que lo siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes y presentado la documentación, testimonios y todo lo que le sea requerido, por lo que se da éste con libre y general administración con facultad de sustituir.
