Doña Mariana de Guevara, vecina de esta Villa, mujer legítima de don Manuel de Ochoa, ausente de su compañía y sin saber de su paradero, otorga poder especial a don Félix Teixa de Senande, Oficial de la Dirección General de la Real Renta de Tabaco en la Capital de México, para que la demande y defienda en todas sus causas, pleitos y negocios civiles y criminales que tenga, en especial se presente en el Juzgado General de Intestados y logre la recuperación de su casa que le fue secuestrada por fianza que otorgó su citado marido a favor de don Francisco Flores, vecino de esta Villa, estando de Subdelegado de Jalacingo, por intestado de don Luis Villens, de aquella vecindad.
