Don Juan de Bárcena, Alférez de Milicias Provinciales y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, junto con el Capitán don Manuel Bárcena Bezanilla y don Manuel de Boza, ambos de la misma vecindad, otorgan poder especial a don Antonio Rodríguez de Ansúrez, vecino de la Ciudad de Puebla, para que los obligue a favor de la Tesorería de Bulas de ese Obispado, al primero como principal y a los otros dos como fiadores, por la cantidad de Bulas que como comisario que es el citado don Juan de Bárcena, entren en su poder.
