Don Tomás Rubio Roso y don Manuel Rubio Roso, hermanos, el primero de esta vecindad y comercio, otorgan poder general al Licenciado don José María Santelices Pablo, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, de donde es vecino, para que en su nombre demande, reciba y cobre a cualquier persona, todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, joyas, mercaderías, esclavos, géneros y bienes muebles que le deban, así como para que comparezca en juicio ante cualquier señor juez y justicia del rey, sus reales audiencias, cancillerías y demás tribunales superiores e inferiores, de ambos fueros.
