Don José Antonio de la Peña, Regidor Perpetuo, Alférez Real del Ilustre Ayuntamiento de esta Villa, albacea de su madre política, la difunta doña María Nicolasa Domínguez, otorga que ha recibido de don Pedro Báez, labrador, vecino de esta jurisdicción, 1 700 pesos, cantidad que suplieron para cubrir las urgencias de éste último, con hipoteca de ciertas tierras de labor que posee en esta jurisdicción, y con fianza de don Andrés Rodríguez Rojo, de esta misma vecindad, por lo que solicita la cancelación de la escritura de deuda y se declare libre de la fianza que prestó don Rodríguez Rojo, asimismo da por libre de gravamen las tierras en ella hipotecadas.
