Diego de la Torre Arnate, como principal obligado y Antonio Barradas como su fiador real y llano en que se constituye, otorgan que deben y se obligan a pagar a los señores Jueces y Receptores de la Masa General de la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, la cantidad de 585 pesos; la mitad la pagarán para fin de diciembre del año venidero de 1706 y la segunda mitad en diciembre de 1707. En cuyo monto se le remataron a Diego de la Torre Arnate los diezmos de este pueblo y su partido en la forma y manera que lo estaban antes de la división de este curato.
