Don Gregorio Ochoa de Amezaga, Mayordomo de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción, con anuencia del Señor Rector, don Gregorio Fentanes, vende a don Juan José Vázquez, vecino de esta villa, un pedazo de tierra de 16 varas de frente y 45 de fondo, situada en el Barrio de La Laguna y hace frente hacia el poniente con callejuela que va de la laguna a Los Berros. Dicho pedazo de tierra lo vende en 80 pesos.
