Doña Aldonza Clara de Vargas, viuda de Andrés Vázquez, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, hija legítima del Capitán Francisco García López y de doña Ana de Vargas, otorga poder para testar al Bachiller Pedro Perdomo, su sobrino Presbítero Domiciliario, para que ordene su testamento donde haga las mandas y legados, obras pías y graciosas que quisiere. Entre ellas que queden libres los esclavos que tiene sujetos a servidumbre; deja a la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento de esta parroquia dos candeleros de plata. Nombra como albacea al mismo Pedro Perdomo y como heredera universal a Nicolasa de Vargas, por no tener herederos forzosos.
