Don Tomás Antonio de Illanes, Administrador de Alcabalas de esta Villa y provisto para el mismo empleo de las Reales Rentas del Tabaco, Pólvora, Naipes y Papel Sellado que corren unidas, y doña Rosalía Sanchinel, su legítima mujer, dijeron que para caucionar las citadas reales rentas se obligan como principales pagadores y para mayor seguro ofrece el citado Illanes por sus fiadores a don Juan Esteban de Elías, a don José Antonio de la Peña, a don Francisco Javier Sáenz de Santa María, a don Manuel de Goiri y a don Pedro Báez, los 4 primeros comerciantes y el último labrador, todos vecinos de esta Villa, por la cantidad de 2 000 pesos cada uno.
