El Capitán Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, residente en en su ingenio Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, dio su poder cumplido al Lic. Andrés Juárez de Arce, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, para que en su nombre vaya a la ciudad de México y trate con su tía Doña Beatriz Márquez de Amarilla, viuda de Juan de Castillete, los plazos para la paga de 7 416 pesos de oro común del ajuste de cuentas que hicieron; y de la misma forma, lo haga con Juan de Armenta, a quien le debe 20 065 pesos de oro común, pidiéndoles la espera necesaria para su paga.
