Declara que debe en compañía de sus hermanos 200 pesos al Licenciado Roldán, al Capitán José Robledano de Cardeña, don Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja y al Capitán Bartolomé de Castro lo que apareciera en sus libros de cuentas, entre otras deudas que tiene y le tienen. Cuenta con algunos enseres de casa. Nombra como albacea al Capitán José Robledano y a su madre Rosa María Jaimes y a esta última también la nombra su heredera universal.
