Don Juan Gómez de Estrada, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, Mayordomo actual de la Cofradía de las Benditas Ánimas del Purgatorio de esta parroquia, declara que sabiendo que su antecesor don Pedro de Parraga Robledano, prestó su venta y consentimiento para que del sitio de Xallitic hiciera uso del agua el señor don José Suárez, cura beneficiado por Su Majestad de este pueblo y electo prebendado de la Santa Iglesia Catedral, por lo que ratifica dicha venta y permiso que dio su antecesor, cobrándole 30 pesos y 20 pesos más, que hacen 50 pesos.
