Ambrosio José Ortiz, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a Jorge Amaya, de la misma vecindad, una casita de madera y tejas, cuyo sitio tiene 8 ½ varas de frente y 26 de fondo, al poniente linda con el callejón que llaman de San José en el barrio de los Mafara, lindando dicho callejón en medio, con casa de María Bacerra, y por los costados de norte, sur, y espalda al oriente con casa y solar del comprador, cuya propiedad la heredó de su difunta hija Brígida Josefa Ortiz, en quien recayó por fallecimiento de su madre Ana de Rojas. La venta se hace en 60 pesos.
