Don José de la Rosa y Rodríguez, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a don Juan [Antonio]Pardo, de esta misma vecindad, una casa ubicada en la calle de San Francisco de Paula esquina con la calle de San Miguel, haciendo frente hacia el norte y del otro lado casa de don José Fernández de Castañeda, al oriente linda con casa de don Bartolomé Álvarez y dicha calle de San Miguel en medio, al sur que es su fondo, con casa de doña Mariana García, al poniente con casa de don Mariano Seoane. La vende por precio de 1 300 pesos.
