El ciudadano José Antonio Licona, vecino en el Chico, y presente en esta ciudad, dijo ser dueño de una casita ubicada en esta ciudad, en un sitio que heredó de su finada madre María Bonifacia Contreras, situado a orilla del camino Nacional que va para Veracruz, con 10 varas de frente que lo hace al norte, y 30 varas de fondo lindando por oriente, poniente y sur con tierras de la cofradía de la Purísima Concepción de esta parroquia. Cuyo sitio deslindado, vende al Licenciado don Ramón Ruiz, al precio de 200 pesos.
