Don Manuel Antonio del Valle, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en Xalapa, dijo que don Fermín de Rivero trata de seguir la carrera de Estudios, y careciendo de capellanía, le ha propuesto hacerle beneficio de asistirle con 150 pesos que es el rédito de 3 000 pesos, desde el día en que reciba las órdenes primeras en clase de congrua sustentación, en tanto no obtenga capellanía u otro beneficio eclesiástico para subsistir con el decoro propio de un presbítero, y para caucionar esta obligación ofrece como fiador a don José Antonio del Valle, vecino de Veracruz.\t
