Don Lucas José Barradas, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que por el poder que le otorgó el reverendo padre Antonio Paredes para vender o arrendar un solar, otorga que lo vende a don Antonio Fernández de Ocampo, vecino de este pueblo, de 28 varas de frente y 38 de fondo, ubicado en este pueblo, linda por el frente con casa de Esteban Mojica, la Calle Nueva en medio, por el oriente, por el sur con casa de don Nicolás Ibáñez; por el poniente con casa de don Juan de Rojas y solar del Colegio, y por el norte con solar de don Alonso Fernández. Lo vende por precio140 pesos.
