El Capitán Don Diego de Orduña Loyando, residente en su ingenio de azúcar, en esta provincia, dio su poder cumplido a Esteban Gutiérrez de Peralta y a Don Alonso de Córdova, residentes en la ciudad de México para que en su nombre otorguen la fianza que les fuere pedida por el señor Contador General de Tributos Mateo de Arostegui, hasta en la cantidad de 2 000 pesos de oro común, de los tributos reales que ha de cobrar en la ciudad de Cholula Don Luis de Córdova[Luis de Córdoba], caballero del hábito de Santiago, como Alcalde Mayor y Receptor de Tributos, cerca de lo cual, otorguen las escrituras de obligación y deudo en la dicha cantidad.
