Don Diego de Castro y Gamboa, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que don Francisco de Araciel, difunto vecino que fue de este pueblo, por cláusula de poder para testar que otorgó, lo nombra junto con otras 2 personas como su albacea testamentaria, y al encontrarse con muchos negocios en los que le es forzoso asistir y no poder cumplir en el albaceazgo, dijo que se desiste y aparta del mencionado cargo y consiente en que los demás albaceas nombrados usen del cargo libremente.
