El Alférez don Tomás García, natural de la Villa de Carcabion en el Reino de Galicia y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de don Santiago García y doña María Blanca, dijo que cuando se casó con doña María Antonia Díaz de Acosta, recibió de la misma, el capital de 800 pesos y ahora por fallecimiento del padre de ella, heredó 1, 550 pesos que junto con la cantidad anterior hacen total de 2, 350 pesos, cantidad que recibió el otorgante como dote y propio caudal en dinero de contado, por lo que da recibo a favor de su dicha esposa.
