Doña Ignacia Montañés de la Cueva, viuda del Capitán Alonso de Alba, exhibió copia de escritura hecha en Veracruz el 15 de junio de 1776, en la que consta que Mateo de Labayen y José de Labayen se obligan a pagar la cantidad de 10, 500 pesos el 11 de junio del presente año, cantidad que la otorgante tiene recibidos en reales de contado y entrega recibo a favor de los mencionados hermanos, dando por cancelada la escritura de obligación.
