Francisco Javier López, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa y dueño de una casa en el callejón del Diamante, otorga que consiente que en la pared de dicha casa que da a la calle, don Mateo Badillo ponga y mantenga una alcantarilla o registro a la cañería de agua que desde Xallitic viene a su casa de la Calle Real, sin que por la puertecita que tiene el otorgante al interior del corral, tenga ahora ni en ningún tiempo acción ni derecho para tomar ni detener dicha agua en parte ni en el todo, ni quitar el registro pues le hace donación del lugar que ocupa en la pared.
