El Alférez Juan de Bárcena y Manuel de Boza, vecinos de Jalapa, albaceas de Bartolomé Salvo, dijeron que de las casas que quedaron de dicho Salvo, una fue comprada junto con su gravamen de 1, 500 pesos de principal, por el difunto Sebastián de la Flor, y al morir éste, fue reconocido por su capellán el Bachiller Juan de Lucena, también difunto. Por lo que al convenirles a ambos otorgantes redimir dicho principal, por la presente otorgan que dan poder a Antonio Rodríguez Ansúrez, vecino de Puebla, para que a nombre de ellos como albaceas que son, parezca en el Juzgado de Puebla y haga oblación de la citada cantidad y réditos que se estuvieren debiendo y pida se cancele la escritura de imposición.
