Don Juan Nepomuceno Herrero, de esta vecindad, facultado por don Vicente Camacho, otorga poder a don Antonio Landero, vecino de Zomelahuacan, para que en representación del relacionado Vicente Camacho denuncie en el Juzgado de Cantón de Jalacingo tres haciendas abandonadas y sin techo, una grande y otra chica, y la otra de arrastras de beneficiar el lodo, situadas en el vecindario de las minas de Zomelahuacan; y para que también pueda denunciar en los sucesivo cualesquiera otras minas y haciendas con arreglo a las instrucciones que le ministre el comparente.
