Juana Villegas, hija legítima de los difuntos Juan Manuel Villegas y Manuela Infante, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa y esposa legítima de Nicolás [Antonio] de Ortega, de quien tiene licencia expresa, vende a Toribio González, vecino de este pueblo, un pedazo de solar que tiene 32 varas por el lado oriente, por donde linda con la calle y casas de Tomás de la Cruz, y de la viuda de Vicente de Rivera, al sur mide 55 varas y linda con solar del Santísimo de esta parroquia, con una vereda para paso en medio, al poniente mide 32 varas y linda con solar de Julián Rodríguez, y al norte mide 55 varas y linda con solar de Matías Licona, dicha venta se hace al precio de 224 pesos.
