El Capitán Fernando Bazán de Otero, hijo legítimo de Francisco Bazán de Otero, natural de Molina Seca y de doña María de Rosas, natural de Villamanrique en los Reinos de Castilla, difuntos, y doña Ángela de Malpica, hija legítima del Capitán Juan de Malpica y de doña Catalina de Borboa, vecinos que fueron del pueblo de Perote, encontrándose sanos del cuerpo con libre y entero juicio se otorgan poder mutuamente uno al otro, para que muriendo uno, el otro pueda hacer y ejecutar su testamento, mandas y legados conforme a derecho, así también se guarde y cumpla como última voluntad.
