Don Agustín Blanco, hijo legítimo de don Pedro Blanco y de doña María Antonia de la Biesca, natural de Suesa Reino de Castilla, Obispado de Santander, y vecino de el Real de Minas de Mapimi en esta Nueva España, otorga su testamento donde nombra como albacea testamentaria a su compañero Juan de la Pedriza, vecino de dicho Real de Minas, y por su falta a Andrés de la Biesca, y respecto a que no se ha casado y por consiguiente no tiene hijos, declara como heredero universal a dicho Pedriza. Declara que con José de Villegas tiene remitida toda su carga que consta por conocimiento.
