Don Agustín Suárez y doña María Nicolasa de Torquemada, su mujer, dijeron haber recibido del Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, 300 pesos de oro común, mismos que Juan de Thormes, su tío, dejó como legado a María de Torquemada, y paraban en depósito en el Capitán Castro, en tanto que tomaba estado o salía de la menor edad, y habiendo tomado estado de matrimonio con el mencionado Agustín, se cumplió el término prefinido, por cuya cantidad se da por entregado.
