Don Fausto Turbini, vecino de la Capital de México, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder general a don Antonio Cayre [Caire], Subteniente de Granaderos del Regimiento de Infantería de la corona de Nueva España, para que a nombre de él, demande, perciba y cobre judicial y extrajudicialmente a todas las personas, las cantidades de dinero o artículos que le debieren y debiesen en adelante, en virtud de instrumento público o simple; y si por lo antes mencionado se requiriese contienda de juicio, lo siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes, presentando la documentación, testimonios y lo que le sea requerido, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración, y con facultad de sustituirlo.
