Sebastián de la Peña, vecino de Jalapa, dijo haber vendido a Melchor Fernández, dueño de recua, vecino de Jalapa, un solar en este pueblo, de 40 varas de frente y 24 de fondo, el año pasado de 1684; pero habiendo medido dicho solar, se halló que tiene de frente 122 varas y 58 de fondo, atento a lo cual, el otorgante declara que dicho solar pertenece a Melchor Fernández, y de la demasía, le hace gracia y donación.
