Don José Clemente Pérez, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico del pueblo y doctrina de Santo Tomás Apazapan jurisdicción de Tuxtla en el Marquesado del Valle, otorga poder especial a don Juan Sánchez Casahonda, Agente de Negocios de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre parezca ante el Señor Juez Privativo del estado y Marquesado del Valle y ante su Gobernador u otros tribunales donde corresponda, y pida se sirvan mandar, que de la contaduría de dicho Marquesado, se le satisfaga la pensión que éste tiene señalada a los curas de Apazapan, por no haberse entregado hasta ahora ninguna.
