Petrona de Arauz, viuda, y Juan José de Thormes, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, dijeron que ella le hizo donación de una casa y solar a su hijo el 31 de agosto de 1720 bajo ciertas condiciones contenidas, y en atención a que dicha donación fue inmensa y había que mantenerla y sustentarla durante toda su vida y él encontrándose imposibilitado de poderlo cumplir, han determinado transferir, revocar y cancelar en parte dicha donación.
