Juana Severina de Quiroz, mujer de José de los Santos Martín, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, vende al Capitán Diego Cardeña, de la misma vecindad, un solar que tiene 22 varas y cuarta de frente y 105 de fondo en que no se incluyen 4 varas y media que por el frente quedan libres para calle; linda al oriente con solar de Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja, al norte con el de Nicolasa de Vargas, al sur con solar de José Antonio Matamoros y al poniente con solar de Pedro de Quiroz, cuyo solar heredó de Alonso de Quiroz, su padre, y en este mismo Antonio Rodríguez labró una casa, quien dijo también la vende en 64 pesos 4 reales y el solar en 35 pesos 4 reales, haciendo un total de 80 pesos que dijeron haber recibido en reales de contado.
