Doña Gertrudis y doña Alvina [Francisca] Jiménez, de esta vecindad, mayores de 25 años, otorgan que han recibido de doña María Roso, de esta vecindad, la cantidad de 1 300 pesos, por lo que se obligan a satisfacer la suma en el término de 5 años, con un 5% en cada uno. Para seguridad del principal hipotecan una casa de edificio bajo, de cal y piedra, que están edificando en esta Villa, en la Calle de Tecuanapa, en los linderos que se mencionan en la escritura.
