Andrea Vázquez de la Paz, vecina de Jalapa, hija legítima y heredera de Don Gaspar Vázquez y de Doña Juana de la Paz, vecinos que fueron de esta jurisdicción, dijo que su madre vendió a Bernabé Vázquez, vecino de este pueblo, un solar en 20 pesos, pero no le hizo escritura, y habiendo fallecido la susodicha, por la presente, Andrea Vázquez de la Paz, como su heredera, otorga que vende a Bernabé Vázquez el referido solar, que tiene 50 varas de frente por el Oriente y otras 50 varas al Poniente; hace frente con solar de Francisca del Castillo y Orduña; y al Poniente, con solar y casa de la morada de la otorgante, por el precio de 20 pesos de oro común.
