Dicho Juez, en prosecución de lo contenido en la memoria de testamento de Alonso Domínguez, hizo parecer por testigo a Felipe de Acosta, español, vecino de Naolinco, del cual se recibió juramento, y dijo que el 9 de julio del presente año, vio al Bachiller Diego Martín de los Reyes cura beneficiado de Naolinco, hacer una memoria de testamento que le iba diciendo el Alférez Alonso Domínguez acostado en su cama, y la firmó con su nombre el otorgante.
