El Sargento Felipe de Acosta e Inés de Guevara, su legítima mujer, vecinos del pueblo de Naolinco, dijeron que uno al otro se tienen comunicado lo conveniente para hacer y ordenar su última voluntad, por lo que se otorgan poder para testar recíproco para que el sobreviviente ordene su testamento.
