Ana Francisca, soltera, mayor de 25 años, quien se encuentra en casa de doña María de la Rosa y Thormes, difunta y quien fue viuda de don Alonso de Torquemada, misma que le dejó la quinta parte de sus bienes; dicha entrega de bienes quedó redactada en una escritura la cual ha perdido la citada Ana Francisca, y que ahora don Joaquín Ildefonso de Torquemada, hijo legítimo de la difunta, a quien también le dejó la quinta parte de sus bienes, solicita se le entregue un recibo de los bienes otorgados a Ana Francisca, misma que se compromete a entregárselo.
