Don Mariano Cadena, de este comercio y vecindad, vende a don Francisco Rivera, de esta misma vecindad, un pedazo de solar eriazo ubicado en la Callejuela que de la de Cantarranas sigue para el arruinado Molino de Maniau, con la que hace frente hacia el norte y se compone de 25 varas, y del otro lado casa de los herederos de Pascual de Ledezma. De fondo tiene 288 varas hacia el sur, por donde linda con el arroyo de las aguas del citado molino, por el oriente linda con solar de María Romero y por el poniente con el de Juan Romero. Lo vende en precio de 200 pesos.
