Don Mariano Carmón Trasloseros, Cura Coadjutor, Vicario Foráneo y Juez eclesiástico de la antigua parroquia de Jalapa, junto con el Capitán José Antonio de la Pedreguera, Mayordomo de la Cofradía del Sacramento, venden a don Felipe Miguel Ortiz de Zárate y a don Andrés Semeria, vecinos de Jalapa, una casa dividida a la mitad, tocándole al citado don Felipe, 30 varas de frente que lindan al poniente con la calle del Mesón de Santa María y 26 varas de fondo que lindan al oriente; al mencionado don Andrés le pertenecen 5 y media varas de frente, que lindan al poniente con la citada calle del Mesón, 33 varas de otro frente con la calle de Bezanilla y de fondo medido de sur a norte 33 varas, el ancho del fondo que linda con casa de don Manuel Bezanilla; dicha venta la hacen en 400 pesos cada uno.
