Don Bernardo de la Fuente, hijo legítimo de don Bernardo de la Fuente y de doña Catarina Fernández, difuntos, natural del lugar de Poo del Principado de Asturias, del Obispado de Oviedo, y su esposa doña Juana Antonia criada en casa del Capitán don José Robledano, ambos vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, se otorgan poder para testar el uno a la otra y la otra al otro. Don Bernardo nombra como su albacea a don Pedro de Parraga Robledano y a su mujer, así como tenedora de bienes y de sus hijos, y doña Juana nombra como albaceas a su marido. Nombran como universales herederos a sus hijos Manuela Isabel de 1 año de edad y un póstumo que tiene en su vientre.
