José María Tirado, residente en esta Villa, mayor de 26 años de edad, otorga poder especial a Francisco Rivera, para que en su nombre perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de don Tomás Cordero, vecino del pueblo de Teziutlán, la cantidad de 122 pesos y 3 reales que le corresponden del valor de una casa que en dicho pueblo dejó por sus bienes su difunto padre, don Pedro José Tirado, y que vendió su hermano José Francisco Tirado a doña Rita de la Torre, de aquella misma vecindad, y cuya suma tiene informado estaba en poder de don Pedro Nieto.
