Don Miguel Robles Tejeda, natural y vecino de esta villa de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de Lorenzo Robles y Josefa Tejeda, difuntos, casado en primeras nupcias con María Gertrudis Melo, difunta, y en segundas nupcias con María Gertrudis de la Trinidad Hernández, otorga su testamento donde nombra como su albacea testamentaria a don Juan Pérez Pensado, dueño de ingenio y como herederos nombra a sus hijos legítimos del primer matrimonio ya que del segundo no tiene descendencia. Tiene entre sus bienes el rancho de Atezca, 140 fanegas de chile, 700 pesos invertidos en el rancho Grande, 30 yeguas, y otros.
