Doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, doncella mayor de 25 años, propietaria del oficio de Escribano Publico de la jurisdicción de Jalapa y la de Jalacingo, por título real que se le otorgó a su difunto padre don Diego Cardeña en la Ciudad de México, título al que renuncia para otorgarlo en primer lugar a don Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, su legítimo hermano, Escribano Real, o a don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa o a don Laureano Teixa de Senande, los dos primeros vecinos de este pueblo y el tercero de la Ciudad de México.
