Miguel de Mafara, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que revoca el poder que otorgó a Miguel Gómez el 4 de abril de 1707, y ahora se lo otorga a don Juan de Zárate, vecino de la Ciudad de Tlaxcala, residente en esta jurisdicción para que en su representación pida, reciba y cobre de Antonio Martín de Castro, María de los Santos y de otras personas que hubieran sucedido las tierras llamadas Tocuila, ubicadas en las orillas de la barranca de Chocaman, jurisdicción de Orizaba, la parte que le corresponde a Josefa de Castro, su mujer y heredera también de Marcos Martín de Castro.
