Don Bernabé Sánchez, del comercio de Veracruz y residente en esta villa, otorga poder especial don José María Gómez Vélez, vecino de la plaza de Veracruz, para que en su nombre se presente ante el alcalde primero constitucional, juez interino de hacienda de dicha plaza don Manuel María Pérez, a gestionar y contestar en el expediente que en su juzgado se sigue sobre detención y aprensión de unos afectos de licito comercio de la propiedad del señor Pedro Harmony, vecino de los Estados Unidos del Norte. Dicho poder lo confiere sin limitación alguna y con facultad de sustituirlo.
