Don Feliciano José Mirón, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta villa, otorga poder general a don Juan Gómez, también residente en esta villa, para que en su representación haya, demande, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente, de cualquier persona y de quien más haya lugar, las cantidades de dinero, oro, plata, u otros de cualquier especie o porción que sean, que le adeuden a la fecha y debiesen en adelante. Y para que de todo en cuanto percibiere y cobrare otorgue recibos, cartas de pago, finiquitos y demás documentos que le fueren pedidos. También, para que lo defienda en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios civiles o criminales que se le presenten.
